This form will ask for basic information about your family and your child’s needs to help CNE determine which programs and services are most appropriate for you.
Contact Us3. Meet with CNE Representative and Determine Eligibility
Meet with CNE A family support specialist reviews the interest form and will discuss the family’s specific needs and preferences (e.g., center-based care vs. home visiting, schedule preferences).
4. Meet with CNE Representative and Document Submission and Verification
The family may be asked to provide further documentation to verify eligibility. Common documents include proof of income, child’s birth certificate, proof of residency, and employment or school enrollment records for programs like CCAP.
5. Program Assignment/Enrollment
Based on the family’s eligibility, preferences, and availability, the child is assigned to an appropriate program (e.g., Head Start, Early Head Start, or Preschool for All).
6. Ongoing Support
Once enrolled, the family is connected to ongoing family support provided by CNE, which could include parenting workshops, mental health services, or child development screenings.
